Mrs. Joy won the title of Christmas Cookie Champion on a nationally televised cooking television channel, so she decided to make her dream of owning a treat shop a reality. Mrs. Joy’s Absolutely Fabulous Treat Shoppe is located in Downtown Lynchburg. She offers cinnamon rolls, donuts, caramels, bespoke cakes & cupcakes, old fashioned pie, gourmet cookies, artisan cookies, cake pops, macarons, brownies, muffins, scones and more. In 2023, Mrs. Joy and her daughter also competed on the Nationally recognized show, Crime Scene Kitchen.
