The Frosty Penguin is not a national franchise but locally owned and family operated. We are a mobile food service vendor for hire, offering authentic Hawaiian Shave Ice, and Hershey’s hand-dipped ice cream. The Frosty Penguin has participated in hundreds of events from large corporate events and festivals to smaller private parties. We are proud to have employed numerous local high school and college students over the years.
